This weekend with all the snow my daughter got her car stuck in the driveway. When they came to tow it there was a tiny glitch that bent something. I can't remember what it is called anyway...the tow company took 100% responsibility on the spot. Whileshe was driving away the tow driver called her to ask her to pull over. He could have blown it off but he did not. This company towed her car, ordered the part and fixed it for free in 2 days. Thank you so much to ALWAYS TOWING AND RECOVERY. More businesses should have this same level of integrity.read more

Great company and service!! Rented a U-Haul truck drove a few miles and wouldn’t start. Always Towing and Recovery showed up quickly and got us back on the road!! Ted was great! Will definitely use them again with road side issues!

Front ball joint gave way!! leavening us stuck broke down in the middle of the roadway unable to move the car and three little ones (kids) wondering why we’re not going and the light has turned green!! thankfully they showed up within 10 minutes maybe 15 minutes max got us outta of the middle of the road and recommended a repair shop then gave me and my kids a ride home couldn’t of asked for a better experience very professional super fast I would highly recommend when in need of any roadside assistance by far the best tow truck service I’ve everexperienced yet thanks again Matt !!read more

I had a flat tire at 5:00 pm on the 3rd of July. I contacted my insurance and they arranged for Always Towing. My service person was there within 10 minutes and had my flat changed quickly. He then examined my flat and showed me a puncture area. Very friendly and great at his job.read more

My vehicle broke down with my two children in it on a busy highway. One of my kids are disabled and i let them know so they knew the situation before they arrived. I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. It was only 15 minutes to 20 before they arrived. He placed my kids and myself in his vehicle to keep us safest first. He was told to tow the vehicle to the nearest open location that day by my insurance company but was appregendive on the place that I was being taken too. He let me know that he didn't know the rep of the repair shop and that he would not have selected it for me if it was up to him. He gave me suggestions on rental cars and was very kind. In a stressful situation like this those little kindnesses means the world to me. Thank you so much!!!read more

I cannot express how amazing my service this evening has been. I had the worst experience of my life with my Onstar but Theodore(?) (I apologize if I got your name wrong things were so hectic tonight). My Onstar struggled to find this amazing company after my family and I got a flat on I-80 in 6° weather in the middle of a field. I’m so glad they did though, he went above and beyond what was expected and called for and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We are now on our way home to the Quad Cities, warm and actually safe thanks to this amazing driver and company!read more

We had our truck go in the ditch last night. We had to leave it overnight and come back for it this morning. We didn't have a way to get to the truck so they were nice enough to go out of their way to give me a ride to the truck. Very nice. Very Professional. Will use again for sure.read more

After requesting a tow from Nationwide Insurance, we were told we would have a tow available in about 1 hour. My 2 daughters, my best friend and I waited from 11 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. and had over 15 conversations with Nationwide and the other tow company (Assurion?). It was very cold and our vehicle was out of commission. Finally, at 4:15 a manager at Nationwide "expedited" a tow (this should have been done at noon). Matt, our driver at Always stopped what he was doing to come and rescue us from the cold. When he arrived, my blood sugar was dangerously low. He helped get us settled safely inside the business behind us and then made sure our car was secure. He even went the unexpected, extra mile to call Nationwide and request that they call to check up on me. Matt was courteous, kind and efficient. He deserves a raise! Thank you Matt and Always! We now have your number saved and will ONLY call you in an emergency!read more

My truck had broken down on a busy side street at about 10pm. Every other towing company I called was at least a 2 hour wait. Some were even the next day. Always Towing was on scene in less than a half hour. The driver was friendly. I would highly recommend them. I will use them againread more

My car broke down in IC and my roadside assistance operator assigned me a tow truck from a company 40 minutes out of town with a 90 minute ETA. After a few phone calls I got them to reassign my call and they used Always. He got there quickly, handled the tow professionally, knew his stuff about the possible problems with my car and confirmed that where I was taking it did good work. My experience with this towing service was amazing. Needed a tow on the side of the interstate at midnight. Wes was super great, prompt, let us take the dog up in the cab, dropped us off at a hotel, and even brought my phone back to me at the hotel when we realized I forgot it in his truck. Always Towing was contacted by my insurance company, Am Fam, using their roadside assistance program. Am Fam said they were non-contract, but the only towing company available at 2am on a Sunday. I was given an ETA of 60 min, but they showed up in about 15 min. Our family of four needed to ride with the truck on the 50 mile trip, and I was very relieved to be picked up in a clean truck, and chauffeured by a driver (the owner, actually) who was a down-to-earth family man and super friendly. I highly recommend Always Towing!!read more
